Supplements For Consideration 

Although everyone should consult with their own physician before embarking on a nutritional supplement program, the following multi-vitamin/antioxidant, multi-mineral, and omega-3 fatty acids should be considered essential for health maintenance.  Most of these nutrients are consoidated into combination supplements that should be divided at least twice per day.  For example, below are examples of what may be found, with a safe daily range of optimal dosing to consider. 

The fat-soluble vitamins, A, D, E, K are what most doctors are concerned about getting "too much."  Beta-carotene is not vitamin A, it is converted to vitamin A in the body, and is not associated with the concerns of vitamin A.  Most vitamin and antioxidant supplements do not have a known upper safety limit.  In other words, there is no known toxicity to most of these supplements.  Even the fat soluble vitamins have a higher safety range than most people (even doctors) know about.
